How it works
What happens when you ring before noon.
Ring before 12 noon. Where a team still has room we confirm the figure on the call at the normal fixed rate, then arrive with every product and machine the job needs. A studio starts at £145 and the ladder climbs by bedroom count from there.
An early call is a different job from a late one. Ring at half eight and we usually cover you out of the spare capacity already in the day. Ring at half eleven and covering you can mean shifting work that is already booked, which sometimes carries an extra. Either way you hear the whole number on the call, not on the invoice afterwards.

Realistic odds
When today is genuinely possible.
Some mornings there is a gap and some mornings we are full, and none of that is predictable a week out. So the useful advice is to ring the moment your checkout time is fixed rather than the night before it.
We work seven days: weekdays 9 to 5, and weekends between 11 and 3 by arrangement. Coverage runs across all 10 of the areas on this site, and none of them is much more than twelve minutes from the centre. If today really is full we give you the first slot on the board and still aim to land it ahead of your checkout.
Nothing skipped
A fast clean is not a shorter clean.
A same-day job runs the same room-by-room list as one booked three weeks out. The oven, the shower screen, inside every cupboard, the skirtings, the window tracks. Speed comes from turning up properly equipped, not from leaving lines off the list.

What tenants ask when the checkout is today.
Does a same-day clean cost more?
Usually not. Where a team has room you pay the same published fixed price as a booking made weeks ahead. Where fitting you in means moving other work there can be an extra, and you hear the full figure on the call before you agree to anything.
How late can I ring for a same-day clean?
Twelve noon is the cutoff. Before 9am is the easiest call of the lot. After noon it becomes a next-morning job, and we still aim to finish ahead of your checkout.
Do you do same-day cleans at weekends?
By arrangement, yes. Weekend hours run 11 to 3, a shorter window than a weekday, so a weekend same-day needs an early call to work at all.
How long will you be in the property?
A studio is 3 to 4 hours, a 2-bed flat 5 to 7, a 3-bed house 7 to 9. Ring early enough and we are out before the agent arrives.
What happens if you cannot do today?
You get the earliest slot on the board, usually the next morning, and where there is still time we aim to beat the checkout.
Is the standard the same on a rushed job?
Yes. Same room-by-room list, same 48-hour re-clean guarantee, same team. Nothing comes off the list to go faster.
